Welcome to Raleigh City Farm

Small Urban Farm, Big Community Impact

Farmshare & Pay-What-You-Can Farmstand

Our biggest program initiatives focus on growing healthy food for our community — and ensuring that 95% of our harvest is affordable and accessible.

All year long we share our produce with local nonprofits that address food insecurity and access through our Farmshare program.

We also host a seasonal Pay-What-You-Can Farmstand where members of the Raleigh community can purchase produce, herbs and flowers.

Stop By and Say Hi!

We would love for you to stop by Raleigh City Farm for a visit. We host events and workshops regularly where you can learn more about farming and sustainable agriculture. Or, you can take yourself on a guided tour.

Rooted in Raleigh

Raleigh City Farm is a nonprofit urban farm founded in 2011 on a formerly vacant one-acre lot in downtown Raleigh.

Learn more about our mission, vision, and values — plus, meet the people who keep the farm thriving.

My family often walks through the farm on Saturday mornings after eating at Yellow Dog. It means a lot to us to be able to talk to our daughter about the plants and the work that goes into cultivating them.
